An OPW compound to serve as a sub-depot for Charles Fort. The development will consist of the demolition of the existing concrete pad (504m2) within the boundary and it replacement with a new one (492m2), the installation of 2 no. single storey portacabins (28.8m2 & 33.10m2 each respectively) and 1 no. single storey portaloo (7.6m2) for OPW staff; 4 no. open roof 2.25m high concrete silos are proposed to be constructed for the storage of site materials and a 2m high perimeter metal fence installed around the compound. the development will also include 6 no. parking spaces for OPW vehicles, new connections to the public sewers and mains water supply to serve the sub-depot and all relevant ancillary works
