Permission is sought for (a) construction pedestrian entrance gate and waste water treatment unit with percolation area, (b) permission for retention of (i) 2 number single storey classroom modular units (ii) 1 number single storey storage unit (iii) ground floor office and stairway (iv) first floor playrooms (v) elevational alterations, (c) permission for retention for (i) alteration of opening time to 7:30am (ii) for increased capacity to a maximum of 100 at any particular time and associated site works all to existing permitted child care facility.
