1) demolition of existing storage building, 2) install electric gate and weighbridge, 3) reconfigure existing car parking area from 103 to 134 spaces (increase of 31 car parking spaces), 4) provide a one way exit for lorries (HGVs) at front of existing premises, 5) install electric lifting barrier to lorry (HGV) exit, 6) provide set down parking area for lorries (HGV) entering premises and all associated site works.
