Retention Permission for modifications to the permitted Boat House under planning reference 04/9735 consisting of: (i) Construction of an extension to the west elevation of the permitted development at ground floor level and first floor level; incorporating circulation space, storage space, washrooms, showers, increased area for boat storage, fenestration and stairwells to first floor level: (97.6m2), (ii) Construction of a single storey extension to the south elevation with grass roof incorporating internal circulation space, saunas, washrooms and fenestration, (18m2) (iii) Construction of a single storey extension to the north elevation consisting of, plant room with fenestration and grass roof (13.5m2), in addition to; (iv) Alterations to the permitted height of the development.
