Full planning permission for proposed works to existing 2-storey detached dwelling house and ancillary single-storey garage (change of plan from that permitted under plg. ref. no. 19/6328), at site located at Clashanure, Ovens, Co.Cork. Proposed works to include; (1) demolition of existing single-storey bay window and existing entrance porch located on front elevation of dwelling house and demolition of existing 2 no. chimney stacks, 2) construction of new single storey entrance porch to front elevation of dwelling; (3) alterations to internal layout of dwelling and construction of new single-storey and 2 storey extension to the rear & to the side of dwelling; (4) minor alterations to all existing elevations of dwelling to include construction of 2 no. new chimney stacks; (5)conversion of existing ancillary single storey garage to be used as habitable space; proposed works include the construction of new single-storey extension to same & the construction of new single-storey link between same and existing dwelling; (6) All associated site works.
