Permission for the construction of an extension to an existing dwelling. The proposed works will include the raising of an existing single storey roof to double storey height at the side of the existing dwelling to provide an additional bedroom for the main dwelling, and a single storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling to provide a granny flat accommodation. Furthermore, it is proposed to decommission the existing septic tank on site and form a new connection to the mains sewer on the public road.
