Permission for the construction of 29 no. dwelling houses consisting of 18 no. 4 bed semi-detached dwelling houses of type B and C, 10 no. 3 bed semi-detached dwelling houses of type D and E, and 1 no. 4 bed detached dwelling house type F with all ancillary site development works. The proposed development is a change of plan and a change of house type and an increase in density of 23 dwelling houses from that permitted under planning reference 06/13579, 12/4611, 20/4818, 21/4602, 21/5979.
