Permission for the following; extended reinforced concrete slab for the provision of 5 no. additional silos for the storage of raw material for plastic manufacturing process located on the north western elevation these include 1 no. 15m high by 4.2m diameter, 2 no. 12m high by 3.5m diameter, 1 no. 14m high by 3.5m diameter, 1 no. 13m high by 3.5m diameter, silo no. 7 will change from what was previously granted under planning reference 18/5136 (15m high by 4.2m diameter) to 22.5m high by 3.1 diameter, demolition of single storey lean-to office building located on the south western elevation, demolition of single storey lean-to glue building located on south western elevation, 1077m2 extension to extrusion hall located on rear (northern elevation), demolition of portion of rewinding and packing building located on the southern elevation to accommodate a new realigned internal road layout, provision of 2 no. roller doors located on the western elevation and 1 no. roller door on northern elevation of rewinding and packing building, change part of raw material store located on front southern elevation to canteen/toilets/shower/locker/changing rooms, first floor mezzanine area for offices to include the provision of 15 no. windows on front (southern) elevation on ground floor and 8 no. windows on first floor, relocation of bunded oil storage tank from north eastern side of site to midway on north western side of site, new stand alone 127m2 curing building on the north eastern corner of site and all associated site works. All the above works are to be carried out within the existing premises.
