Permission for the following changes and alterations to existing Commercial / Residential premises: - (a) Permission for retention of unauthorized hairdressers on the ground floor (Previously authorized bookmakers approved under Pl Reg. No: 05/2468) b) For permission for change of use of said hairdressers and existing first floor residential to two number separate dwelling units for use for short term letting (c) Fenestration changes to street facing elevation to included alterations to windows and doors. (d) Re-roofing and alterations to existing roof structure. (e) Alterations and raising of existing finished ground floor levels to rear section and all associated site works.
