The demolition of two no. ruinous outbuildings and replacement of the existing two storey uninhabitable dwelling with a new single storey, three bedroom dwelling with rooflights, remodelling, elevational changes and repurposing the existing two storey uninhabitable dwelling as a single storey shed, elevational alterations to the existing shed being retained, creation of a new vehicular entrance from the existing private access road, a new on site waste water treatment system, alterations to neighbouring boundary to create adequate sightlines at main road and all associated site works, landscaping, and elevational changes.
