The construction of an underground storage tank and amendments to a permitted development at the existing truck storage and maintenance depot (previously permitted under Planning Reg. No. 16/5185 as amended by 21/6510). The proposed development seeks an amendment to condition no. 29 of the development permitted under Planning Reg. No. 16/5185 which states that the developer / operator of the site shall ensure that all vehicles, skips, tankers, trailers and/ or containers/bins/receptacles shall be devoid of waste prior to entry onto the site. The proposed amendment will allow for vehicles carrying waste to enter onto the site under limited circumstances for the purposes of carrying out essential maintenance.
