Large scale residential development (LRD) comprising the demolition of the existing farmhouse/buildings and the construction of 188 no. residential units, 1 no. creche and all associated ancillary development works including the realignment of part of the N72 to south west, 2 no. vehicular access points, footpaths, parking, drainage, landscaping/amenity areas and the undergrounding of existing 38KV overhead electricity lines. A Natura Impact Statement is submitted to the planning authority with this application.
