Retention planning for; A) the demolition of a single storey outhouse attached to the side of the existing storey and a half dwelling, B) the demolition of two single storey elements of the existing storey and a half dwelling, comprising of one room to the side and one room to the rear. Planning permission is also sought for the following; C) alterations and extensions to the existing dwelling to include the construction of a new storey and a half extension to the rear of the existing, D) the change of use of an existing single storey outhouse into a habitable room to be incorporated into the proposed extending dwelling, along with alterations and extension to this former outhouse, E) the construction of a new single storey link between the existing dwelling, the proposed new storey and a half extension and the proposed outhouse to be incorporated, F) the upgrading of an existing farm entrance to form a new site entrance and access driveway, G) the removal of an existing septic tank and percolation area and replace with a new waste water treatment system and infiltration/ treatment area, H) all associated ancillary site works located at the existing dwelling.
