Construction of a single storey extension to the existing nursing home. The extension will consist of 2 no. additional wards; Ward 1 will accommodate 10 no. en-suite single bedrooms with ancillary staff areas, wc & shower rooms and day/dining rooms; Ward 2 will accommodate 12 no. en-suite single bedrooms with ancillary staff areas, wc & shower rooms and day/dining rooms; Works to include glazed link, localized internal re-modeling to accommodate extension, additional car parking provision, cycle parking provision, replacement of existing wastewater treatment system with new proprietary waste water treatment system with tertiary treatment system to connect to existing pump station and all associated site works.
