(a) Permission for retention is sought for existing two storey flat roof extension on the Western side of dwellinghouse. (b) Permission sought for alterations to existing dwelling house to include: 1. New ground floor extension on the Eastern side. 2. The ridge and eaves to be raised and change existing extension flat roof to pitched roof. 3. Ground and first floor layouts modified throughout. Windows and door positions re-located to suit. 4. Construct new standalone garage. 5. Create new entrance to the public road and block existing one. 6. Installation of a wastewater treatment unit and percolation area. 7. Carry out all associated site works.
