(1) Demolish an existing dwelling house with attached domestic garage, (2) construct a new dwelling house, (3) a new rooflight, (4) construct a domestic garage with domestic gymnasium, (5) new waste water treatment unit and percolation area, (6) new rainwater soakpits, (7) ancillary works and (8) all associated site works including a new site entrance gate and new site entrance wall.
