Permission for development of lands previously used as a quarry for holiday and tourism use. Works include :- 1) removal of existing remaining quarrying material and equipment, 2) 34 x 2 bedroom Log cabins, 3) 31 x serviced motorhome parking bays, 4) 5 x serviced glamping pods within fenced enclosure, 5) single storey reception building and shop, 6) indoor play area and hall with café and mezzanine floor, 7) 2 Storey club house with bar/kitchen facilities with service yard, 8) single storey communal WC/shower facilities with service yard, 9) maintenance & storage shed, 10) internal road network connecting to existing site entrance and access roadway, 11) water pond to cater for bumper boat activities, 12) riverside walkway and internal paths, 13) wastewater treatment plant and sand polishing filter, 14) settlement ponds, 15) site landscaping and lighting, 16) on-site car parking, 17) all other site development and associated works. A Nature Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with the application and the Natura Impact Statement will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the office of the planning authority.
