Permission sought to restore alter and extend a ruined dwelling to habitable dwelling to include the following works: (A) Restore ruined dwelling to habitable dwelling including altering floor levels and raising of existing roof level (B) Demolish existing ruined extension to rear, front and side (C) Construct new two storey extension to the rear and a new single storey extension to side (D) Restore existing attached store-room to the side to include the provision of 2 no. new window openings to east elevation of same (E) Install new sewage treatment system and for all associated site works.
