Full planning permission for works to an existing dwelling house and garage (change of plan from that permitted under 19/00009) to include the following: a) demolition of existing porch to the front (south) elevation, b) construction of a single storey extension to the side (east) elevation, c) elevational changes and material alterations to the internal layouts of the ground & first floor plans to incorporate new extension, d) elevational changes and material alterations to the internal layout of the existing garage including a new pitched slate roof and all associated site works.
