To construct 1) a two-storey extension to the existing dressing rooms, incorporating a gym, toilet, club room and internal lift, 2) an astroturf pitch with perimeter fencing, 4 no. floodlighting masts and high level ball retention nets, 3) an uncovered viewing area consisting of concrete steps on the northern side of the existing playing pitch and 4) car parking area and all associated site works.
