(1) The retention of beauty salon as constructed which includes an increased floor area and minor alterations to elevations to that which was permitted under planning reference 12/6567 and (2) the retention of the change of use from a beauty salon to a single storey residential apartment. Planning Permission for (3) further minor alterations to elevations, (4) a minor extension to floor area underneath existing alcove, (5) alteration to site boundaries and (6) all associated site works.
