Permission for retention of the following: 1) an existing bay extension on the southern gable, 2) an existing extension of the bathroom on the northern side, 3)an existing utility extension to the northern side, 4) alterations to a number of window and external door locations from those shown on the planning drawings submitted under 95/1719, 5) an existing domestic garage.
