1) Permission to demolish the existing; I) rear single storey annex's [17m2] & ii) side and rear single storey garage/ lobby/ boiler annex [25m2], 2)permission for modifications to the existing two-storey dwelling house , namely; a) the construction of a single storey wrap-around extensions at the rear (south) & side (east) elevations, b) insert 2no. windows on side (west) elevation of existing dwelling - 1 no. at first floor level and 1 no. at ground floor level, c) revision of some window opes at first floor level at the rear of dwelling, d) insert velux roof light on existing rear roof, e) erect a single storey open style porch with canopy to front (north) elevation, f) external smooth render finish to the front, both sides & rear elevations of existing dwelling and g) all associated site works
