(1) Retention of side and rear extensions and a part-attic conversion, including 2 no. first floor gable windows to existing dwelling, (2) Permission to demolish existing unauthorised front porch and unauthorised side extension to existing dwelling and to construct a new side extension, to construct a new pitched roof over existing rear extension and for an Attic conversion consisting of 2 No. dormers windows and a double rooflight to same dwelling, (3) To construct a new granny flat unit ancillary to main dwelling and (4) To replace existing septic tank system and to install a new secondary wastewater treatment unit and polishing filter and all associated site works and services.
