Permission for demolition of existing single storey garage (area=20m²) and existing chimney to single storey dwelling house, alterations and additions to existing single storey dwelling house to include: 1) remove existing concrete tiles to roof and remove portion of roof eaves of existing dwelling house and reclad with new metal roofing material, 2) externally wrap existing dwelling with external insulation, 3) remove and fill in certain portions of external wall to all facades, replaster & reclad with new materials, install new windows and doors with new fenestration to new openings, 4) relocate existing front door entry to dwelling house, construction of new canopy with open porch to new entry. Construction of a new single storey side and rear extension to existing dwelling house with associated canopy, pergola, decking and steps, construction of a new single storey garage. Decommission existing wastewater system and install new wastewater treatment system and all associated site works
