Permission to construct a two storey split level dwelling with attached garden store, domestic waste water treatment system & soil polishing filter (amended house design from previously approved application: 18/7177). permission is also sought for the decommissioning of a septic tank serving existing adjacent dwelling, its replacement with a new wastewater treatment system & soil polishing filter and to close existing site entrance and form a new entrance onto private road with walls and piers, (all approved under planning ref: 18/7177) and all associated site works
