Permission for the following works to an existing single storey dwelling house: 1) demolition of existing front porch, 2) construction of a new extension to the east of the dwelling & to the south of the dwelling, 3) internal & external alterations to the existing dwelling, 4) new sewage treatment system to replace existing septic tank, 5) permission for retention of existing garage, 6) all associated works.
