Partial demolition of existing dwelling as follows; demolition of existing bathroom, garage, kitchen and construct new extension to dwellinghouse to include a new utility room, bedroom, toilet and new kitchen/dining room at ground floor level and new bedroom with en-suite at first floor level. Its also proposed to relocate existing front door and window to west elevation and install a new velux window to existing roof on west elevation. it is also proposed to relocate existing vehicular entrance and to install new proprietary sewage treatment unit and percolation area to replace existing septic tank.
