New garage to the rear of the site, behind the existing house (Pl.Reg.No. 00/2252). The garage is of masonry cavity blocks with a sand cement render on the outside, painted white with black edges. The roof is covered with a grey fibre cement slate. There is a main roller door to the front of the garage, white in colour providing vehicular access. There is a drainage channel in the ground in front of the main roller door to soakaway pit. Rainwater on the roof flows into a rainwater harvesting tank.
