To retain modifications to dwelling house. The modifications are as follows: 1) the addition of two dormer windows to the permitted attic area to replace the 2 no permitted roof lights on the western elevation, 2) the addition of a window to the utility room on the rear (eastern) elevation and 3) revised design of the window and patio door unit on the southern elevation.
