Permission for retention of: 1) Alterations to dwelling permitted under REF19/06109 (currently under construction). The alterations include: a) The addition of a boiler house and b) the addition of two frosted glass windows (one ground floor & one on first floor) – all on eastern side of house, c) the omission of the chimney & d) minor alterations to windows & 2) slightly relocated domestic garage.
