The construction of a single-storey plantroom extension and demolition of an existing single storey airlock lobby, to an existing production building and associated site works at the existing facility. The proposed development is for modifications to an establishment to which the Major Accidents Directive applies. The establishment holds an Industrial Emissions Licence and is regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency. Under the proposed development the site will remain in compliance with all regulatory requirements under existing licence conditions
