The construction of a warehouse-type building with offices as previously granted planning permission - planning number 17/383 refers. The warehouse-type building will be 31 metres x 19 metres approx., with 7.4 metre ridge height. It will include parking areas, open storge area for plant and machinery, fencing, landscaping, surface water management infrastructure, realignment of utilities, access road and all ancillary infrastructure. Foul sewer will be connected to the existing wastewater treatment plant servicing Bantry Business Park. The development will be accessed via the Bantry Business Park.
