The development consist of amendments to previously approved planning application Ref. 5456/22, consisting of the removal of the existing vehicular entrance and removal of existing wall to front boundary to Seafield Road West, to provide a new 3m wide recessed vehicular entrance, 1m wide recessed pedestrian entrance and revised boundary treatment comprised of a new rendered block wall and piers with selected cappings. The proposal also includes all the other associated ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
