The retention of the existing childcare facility which consists of 2 no. childcare buildings, a covered playroom, 2 no. external eco toilets, an outdoor classroom, an astro-turf play area and all ancillary siteworks. Futhermore planning permission is also sought to construct the following; 1) proposed covered play area, 2)Proposed sensory room, 3) widening of existing site entrance, 4) all ancillary site works.
