5 year temporary planning permission for an extension (1.21 Ha) to an open store area providing for the storage of articles and materials at Knockgriffin, Midleton, Co. Cork and to retain the use of the existing open store (1.79 Ha) as part of the extension. The articles and materials include temporary parking of vehicles and parking of cars for local garages during sales periods so as to accommodate new car deliveries and vehicle trades; all on a site of 3Ha. The storage of materials will not provide for the storage of hazardous material (incl. flammable liquids).
