The demolition of an existing one storey rear extension and refurbishment works to the existing single storey dwelling. The works proposed also include the construction of a single storey extension to the rear of the dwelling, material alterations and extension to the single storey outhouse, construction of a garden shed, upgrading of the existing wastewater treatment system, construction of a new site entrance and all associated site works.
