Permission for retention for the following alterations to an existing dwelling, namely; i) ground floor extensions to front and rear elevations , ii) attic conversion for storage with rooflights, iii) garage conversion to dining room, iv) raised roof over extension to dwelling permitted under PP Ref:75/530, v) elevational changes on southeast and southwest elevations, and the construction of a detached garage.
