Retention of the following : 1) retention of the existing domestic garage/store and covered link area to the west of the dwelling, 2) retention of the existing car port, boiler and plant room areas to the east of the dwelling. All areas to be retained being ancillary to the use of the existing dwelling. Development is to a Protected Structure.
