Permission for retention for modification to permitted dwellings (Pl. Ref: 17/4541) the modification will be as follows; 1) the position of the front door will be made flush with the front façade of the building resulting in a minor increase of footprint at ground and first floor level, 2)the double door to the rear of the dwelling and a large window at the side of the dwellings will swap locations to provide a better layout and a greater access to the external space, 3) an additional window was incorporated to the utility room to provide a better utility layout
