Full planning permission to construct 25 no. new dwelling houses and all ancillary site development works at site known as 'Tanners Field' at lands at Coolfadda, Bandon, Co. Cork. The proposed development consists of the construction of 10 no. 3 bedroom 2-storey townhouses, 2 no. 3 bedroom 2-storey semi-detached houses and 13 no. 2 bedroom 2-storey townhouses. The proposed development is a change of plans from that previously permitted by planning reference 08/7515 (as extended by reference 14/4105 & 18/6460) and will consist of an increase of 9 no. residential units. Vehicular and pedestrian access to the proposed development will be provided via the existing estate entrance from Dunmanway Road (R586) to the south of the proposed site. The proposed access road serving the new units will connect to the permitted residential development to the east of the proposed site, known as 'The Tannery', which is accessed by permitted entrance from Convent Hill (L-2011). Provision is also made for a previously permitted pedestrian link to the exiting northern part of the estate.
