Retention of: 1) Alterations to dwelling permitted under Ref. No. 19/06109 (currently under construction). The alterations include: a) The addition of a boiler house and b) the addition of two frosted glass windows (one on ground floor and one on first floor)- all on eastern side of house, c) the omission of the chimney and d) minor alterations to windows and 2) Permission for retention and completion of a domestic garage currently under construction.
