1) Retention of the change of use and size of the western portion of the dwelling from a domestic garage as shown on Planning Reference Number 00/4177 to a living and bedroom area, which is connected to and used as part of the overall dwelling. 2) Demolition of the existing sunroom and the construction of a single storey bedroom extension to the eastern side of the dwelling. 3) Carrying out alterations to the elevations of the existing dwelling. 4) Putting in place a new polishing filter to connect to the existing treatment unit. 5) Retention of the site boundaries where they differ from those granted under reference 00/4177.
