Permission to erect an agricultural shed part of which shall be for use as an indoor space for farm-related therapeutic activities and restoration of 3 existing agricultural buildings for storage, stabling and student day/overnight accommodation for use in relation to the therapeutic activities. Development to include installation of toilet, shower and hand wash facilities including new waste water treatment system, parking, new entrance to public road, closure of existing farm entrance and all associated siteworks. Permission is also sought for retention of partial conversion of building constructed under planning reference 04/6920 for use as indoor space for farm related therapeutic activities including outdoor paddock / arena and permission for removal of condition number 4 of permission reference 04/6920
