The development to be retained at the existing warehousing units comprises the provision of A) 688.98sqm of internal welfare/office space at ground and first floor levels in existing units 1, 2, 4, 5, 7 and 8 to serve the warehousing use; B) Elevational changes comprising of the provision of new and repositioned windows and doors and the closing up of previously permitted openings; and C) The removal of internal walls to facilitate the amalgamation of existing warehouse unit 8 with unit 10, and the amalgamation of existing warehouse units 5 and 6 with unit 9.
