The subdivision and change of use of part of an existing single storey warehouse building to a workshop with ancillary office, staff facilities and all other ancillary site works. The proposed development includes the provision of a new internal mezzanine first floor providing additional office, staff welfare and service/plant areas and associated elevational changes to the existing building. The proposed development is for modifications to an establishment to which the Major Accident Directive applies and is for the purposes of activity requiring an Integrated Pollution Control Licence [Industrial Emissions Directive (IED) Licence].
