(1) To demolish existing extensions to the front, sides and rear of existing dwelling and to construct a single storey extension to the southern side and rear of existing dwelling and to construct a 2-storey extension to the northern side of same dwelling and all associated site works and services. (2) Retention of alterations made to the existing domestic garage previously granted under Pl.Reg.No. 05/3005 consisting of relocated doors and windows, a mezzanine floor with first floor window and minor increase in ridge height and floor area.
