(i) Demolition of existing structures including clubhouse greater than 100msq in area, a store, hurling wall and prefabs. (ii) The construction of a new two storey clubhouse including a hurling wall to the southern gable wall. (iii) Extension and alterations to the existing car parking. The proposal involves the alteration of the building from a previously granted permission Pl.Reg.No. 18/6993 and sundry other minor works.
