Change of use, construction of new mezzanine floor, a new sign and alterations to an existing two storey building. The application consists of : (1) Change of use of the existing building from permitted office use (Pl.Reg.No.: 19/6683) and previously public house and restaurant (Pl.Reg.No.: 02/5877) to a veterinary hospital, (2) Construction of a new mezzanine floor to part of the existing building providing 247.25 sq.m of additional floor area. (3) Construction of a section of new flat roof to close over the existing rooftop services well. (4) Alterations to the existing north elevation to increase the height of an existing door, provide 4 no. air conditioning ventilation grills and a vent stack. (5) Provision of a new 11.52 sq.m sign to the existing east elevation and (6) Sub-division of the existing service yard area to provide an external dog run area and staff bicycle parking.
