The development to be retained at the existing warehousing units comprises the provision of A) 688.98 sqm of internal welfare/office space at ground and first floor levels in existing units 1,2,4,5,7 and 8 to serve the warehousing use: B) Elevational changes comprising of the provision of new and repositioned windows and doors and the closing up of previously permitted openings: and C) The removal of internal walls to facilitate the amalgamation of existing warehouse unit 8 with unit 10, and the amalgamtion of existing warehouse units 5 and 6 with unit 9.
